阿華大餛飩

I came to Hsinchu on a business trip and originally wanted to eat McDonald's, but unfortunately I wandered into a noodle shop in the alley next to it during renovations.

🍽️Environment
The indoor lighting is not bright, and the decoration is just like a traditional snack noodle shop. There are not many tables, probably about 20 people at most, and the air conditioning is quite strong.
Most of the tables are for four people. If there is no room and you need to share a table with others, the business is pretty good. When you order, take the menu and find your seat by yourself. Just place your order on the counter and pay when you are full. The waiting time after ordering is about 10 minutes.

▪️Big Wonton Noodles with Fresh Meat $75
Because I found it temporarily, I actually thought that it would be good to have a full meal when going out. The meal consisted of three large wontons, sauerkraut and some seaweed. The noodles were slightly wider than thin, and they tasted springy and chewy.
The soup looks and actually tastes very light, with some sourness from sauerkraut. If you want it to be saltier, you can add pepper or chili to enhance the flavor.
As for the main character, the large wontons, although the outer skin is quite thin, the overall texture still feels good when chewed. This may be because the wontons look like they are folded in a folding style. The minced meat inside is cut more finely and the meat tastes good.

Overall, as a temporary noodle shop, the performance is pretty good. You can still come here to eat when McDonald's is not open next time🤣
