But since you are here, I feel like you should order some vegetable and meat wontons to try; vegetable and meat wontons are divided into three sizes: small bowl (6 pieces) $110, medium bowl (8 pieces) $145, large bowl (10 pieces) $180. Today I decided to order the small bowl first and just have a look.
Let me start with the conclusion: seeing the portion size served and how full I felt after eating, I was very glad that I only ordered a small bowl, because the vegetable and meat wontons were really big and I had to divide them into about three bites to finish them. It is actually a bowl of vegetable and meat wonton soup. In addition to the wontons themselves, there are also some shredded eggs, shredded seaweed and preserved vegetables.
The fillings of vegetable and meat wontons are mainly vegetables, accounting for about 80%. It's a bit like eating oversized leek dumplings, and the seasoning is OK.
However, I didn’t like the taste of egg shreds, seaweed shreds and preserved vegetables. There was something weird about it that I couldn’t explain, so I only finished 6 wontons, but I didn’t finish the soup.
Overall, although the vegetable and meat wontons are not unpalatable, I still seem to prefer eating the common fresh meat wontons. In addition, the prices in this store are also on the high side. Generally, pasta such as fried noodles costs $70. In the future, I will probably try another three-flavor noodle restaurant on this road.
