Guijinbang has three stores on Zhongshan North Road, namely a noodle shop (Taipei main store), a ramen shop (Zhongshan store) and a Zhongshan annex. What I want to introduce today is the original restaurant. The main dish is the miso spicy mochi noodles that Onikikinbang is famous for! Of course, there are also regular Hakata tonkotsu ramen and black sesame oil ramen to choose from.
In fact, the earliest Oni Gold Stick is worthy of four stars. However, the more I eat it in recent years, the more I feel that the overall taste is not as good as before. Although it is still the best among spicy noodles, it has been a long time since I wanted to eat it, so in the end I just decided to eat it. Gave three stars.
Every element of Ghost Gold Stick’s tsukemen is unique and harmonious with each other. If this is your first time and you don’t know what to choose, it is recommended that you start with Xiaoma Xiaola and try it first, so as not to accidentally eat it. Too spicy and miss the chance to taste delicious.
The ingredients for tsukemen include: soft kakuzo simmered in sauce, bean sprouts that are quickly stir-fried over high heat and filled with oily aroma, a rich and fragrant candied egg inside, and a piece of seaweed. You can choose to eat each item separately or with the dipping sauce. As long as the spiciness of the dipping sauce is moderate, you will really enjoy every bite. It is truly a unique holy dish among tsukemen.
Black sesame oil ramen also has a unique taste. The thick black sesame oil soup base is quite smooth and will not make you feel greasy after just a few bites. Although it is not as popular as spicy sesame ramen, it is still the best choice if you are not in the mood to eat tsukemen. It’s an option to give it a try.
When I came to eat it today, I couldn’t add more stir-fried bean sprouts. Otherwise, I highly recommend you to add some. It is one of the most delicious bean sprouts I have ever tasted in my life. It even makes me want to work and study there. Here’s an idea of ​​how to fry it.
