🎖️ Little Australia Satay Pot 🎖️
This Little Australia Satay Pot located in Tainan is a place I absolutely cannot miss every time I come to Tainan. It may not look very eye-catching from the outside, but inside, it hides delicious flavors that are worth a try.
Their satay soup base is rich in aroma, with a hint of spiciness that doesn’t overpower the fresh taste of the ingredients. When the soup is served, the strong scent of satay hits you, a tempting invitation that makes your mouth water. I particularly love their beef slices; they're tender and juicy, and just a few seconds in the pot is enough to savor the meat's freshness. Coupled with the satay sauce, it's truly a delicacy. The restaurant also offers a variety of fresh seafood, like shrimp and squid. Just toss them into the pot for a quick boil, and you’ll enjoy a chewy texture, each bite bursting with the taste of the ocean.
The satay sauce at Little Australia is a highlight; it's fragrant but not greasy, and the sauce’s aroma beautifully blends with the ingredients, making it irresistible to go for another bite. In addition, there’s a self-service sauce station with a rich selection, allowing you to concoct a sauce tailored to your taste.
If you visit Tainan and don’t try this satay pot, you’ll definitely feel like you’ve missed out on something great. Next time you come to this ancient city, remember to save a little space in your stomach for Little Australia; it will not disappoint you!
