I come here to eat every year and I really think the value for money is very high! When you order a main dish, you can enjoy an unlimited salad bar, cold drinks, hot drinks, bread, corn chowder, and Durian ice cream. There is often a line on holidays, so I suggest making a reservation for those days. On weekdays, there are usually fewer people, and it's fine not to have a reservation. The dining time is 90 minutes.
The cheapest steak here is the $280 sirloin steak. If you don't want noodles, you can swap for an egg. The steak is tender and not made from a mixture of meats, plus you can choose the doneness, and there are no tough tendons. My friends and I really like this steakhouse; it’s affordable and delicious.
The salad bar has at least six kinds of lettuce, two types of bread, and three sauces (peanut, chocolate, garlic), which you can spread on and then heat up.
The corn chowder has many ingredients, and it seems to be continuously heated. If you enjoy hot soup, you can even add raw lettuce to the hot chowder. Every time I come with friends, we drink a lot of bowls, and the restaurant is generous, continuously replenishing it without stopping because it’s close to closing time.
In addition to the usual sodas, the drinks also include ice water, sparkling water, unsweetened green tea, plum juice, and various other drinks, providing options for those who don’t drink sweet beverages.
Hot drinks include coffee, milk tea, and chocolate. The dessert is Durian ice cream, which comes in at least five flavors, and the texture is just right—easy to scoop and very delicious, with crunchy cookie bits.
The restaurant has restrooms, which are fairly clean. There is a discount for birthdays—customers celebrating their birthday in the month receive a 10% discount, and those celebrating on the day get 15% off. You just need to inform them at checkout; they will check your ID. A 10% service charge will be added to your bill for dining.
