Jingchuanwu Zhongpo Store is located on Zhongpo South Road near Houshanpi Station.
The exterior of the store is decorated with care.
What I enjoyed today was Private Beef Noodles, priced at 150 yuan.
Private Beef Noodles:
The noodle is a wide-faced noodle that is slightly knife-shaped. I am actually not sure whether it is a real knife-shaped noodle or a homemade noodle that is similar to a knife-sharpened noodle.
The taste is pretty good, but if the shaved noodle type is not done well, it will taste like a ball of dough with a bad texture.
In terms of vegetables, there are Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts, which are generally quite balanced.
The soup is quite fragrant and not too heavy in taste.
What makes people feel very embarrassed is the meat part. The beef can be said to be broken into pieces.
The seemingly thick slices of meat taste quite fragmented, and it’s not clear whether it’s the quality of the meat itself or a lack of cooking techniques.
The sauce bar offers four kinds of sauces, and the seasoning of spicy rice noodles is quite good.
The side dishes are clean and tidy. Although I didn’t order any side dishes, they should taste pretty good.
Overall, the fragmented feeling of the meat largely affected my overall evaluation. I originally wanted to give it two stars.
But the rest of the performance wasn't that bad, and I ended up going with Samsung.
I have tried their Wuhua Noodles on the delivery platform and the impression was pretty good. I hope today’s beef noodles were just an occasional mistake.
Recommended to everyone.
