I don’t know if there is any delicious bread in Taipei. It seems to be a restaurant, but the bread is very good. I was thinking about it on the way there. "Shisui Bakery" is located in Zhuangjing Road, Xinyi District. Chef Sha Sha (Lu Ningqi) and baking chef Da Xiong (Zhou Junhong) have breads that have been favored by Michelin chefs and have been included in the menu. Champion Coffee also uses delicious toast.
In 2019, the "Kitchen Project" was launched in response to the market. In addition to baking, the "Shisui Bakery" was launched as a small restaurant that serves local ingredients collected from all over Taiwan. It is available every weekend as a private chef with full reservations.

The short baguette French bread is soft and chewy when you bite it. It does not dry out even after being baked the next day. It is delicious! !

Thoughts: The price of good ingredients is relatively high. If you like to taste bread, I highly recommend it. Although I wanted to try Tangzhong bread at first, I ended up buying what I like as soon as I walked in. 🤣
