【Taipei Da'an】 Sung

A restaurant that's been on my list for a long time.
Many friends around me have already dined there, and they all have positive reviews!
I previously tried to book a time but couldn't find any available slots.
This time, it was quite lucky, as I managed to book a time for the following midday just the night before.
I also discovered that by becoming a member, there’s a birthday gift 🎂 to redeem!
Every dish was delightful~ My favorites were the salad and appetizers.
Considering the delicacy of the dishes, the prices are not expensive, and the main courses have generous portions.
I didn't order wine this time, but my friends said it was good~ Just offering this as a reference.

✨ Personal Recommendation
◽ Charcoal Grilled Fresh Shrimp with Nyonya Sambal Sauce Crispy Pancake ✨ $360 TWD
> An appetizer full of color, aroma, and flavor. The sweet and slightly spicy Nyonya sambal sauce pairs with vibrant garnishing and fresh shrimp, and the pancake underneath is really crispy! There are four pieces per dish, so it’s not too much for two people to share.

◽ Grilled Fig and Prosciutto French Shallot Salad ✨ $420 TWD
Choice of: Cheddar cheese or Parmigiano Reggiano
> Comes with a few pieces of bread, which need to be dipped in the olive oil served in the middle; not only does it have the aroma of oil, but there's also a hint of sweetness from the seasoning, which pairs very well with the bread~
The fresh figs and prosciutto together in one bite are delightful. Since the ham is sliced thin, it only adds a bit of saltiness without overwhelming the flavor~ This is my favorite cold dish so far; it's creative but not overly fancy.

◽ Oseille Miso Sauce Provence Chicken Leg Pasta ✨ $390 TWD
> A very unique miso sauce that is moderately spicy; the sensation of the miso predominates over the heat. It’s not pungent at first, but it builds up in spiciness with each bite. The noodles are perfectly cooked~ The sauce is rich but not dry.
The chicken leg is quite large! When it cools down, the skin loses its crispiness~ The meat is tender and simply seasoned with Italian herbs after marination.

◽ French Duck Leg Confit Risotto with Black Truffle $720 TWD
> The duck leg has an extremely crispy skin, with a more distinct aroma than the chicken leg. The meat is soft but not overly tender, slightly on the dry side. It’s a bit pricey, but the truffle risotto is delicious. 👍🏻 The rice has a firm, slightly undercooked texture; if I want truffle risotto next time, I’ll order the chicken leg instead, as it's cheaper.

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 先說結論:「嵩Sung」是我這兩年吃到最喜歡的餐酒館,而且很適合來慶生,店家不僅大方贈送菜單上的提拉米蘇蛋糕,還會幫忙拍四格照且印出來 「嵩Sung 台北大安」位於國父紀念館站附近,餐廳主視覺是很時尚的橘色,從餐廳外牆開始一路延伸到室內,呈現新潮Fancy的感覺 因為曾獲獎500盤評選,即使平日也是滿座,想來用餐一定要先訂位,線上會開放15日內的訂位,還算方便 香辣皮蛋豆腐佐椒麻軟歐 $320 這道料理是去年底出的新菜色,概念為"「嶼」,土地的餽贈" 料理呈現得很漂亮,豆腐慕斯放在拌碎的燒椒皮蛋醬及芝麻醬上,再由客人自行攪拌,之後將皮蛋豆腐放到軟歐上一起吃,吃起來有椒麻的香氣,但不會辣口,不吃辣的人也可以嘗試 ps這道菜的正常份量是3片麵包,可以加價升級為6片,本來想說3片就夠了,結果送上來才發現3片是3小片,皮蛋豆腐醬很多,導致麵包有點不夠配,但皮蛋豆腐醬實在很好吃,所以我們外帶回家,拌麵條直接又變成一餐,生活智慧王~ 脆皮炸雞佐法式芭樂檸醬 $290 這道算是嵩Sung的招牌料理,幾乎是每桌都有一盤,炸雞炸得超級酥脆,不過雞肉還是保持多汁,單吃本身已經很好吃,搭配醬汁更是優秀 店員有介紹醬料是使用燕巢芭樂,吃起來是小辣程度,是濃稠行醬料卻不膩口,個人覺得芭樂味道雖沒有太突出,但完全不減損我對這個醬料的喜愛程度 這道炸雞我個人超愛,推薦必點! 現炸干貝佐西班牙風乾生火腿 $399 干貝總共有3個,價格略貴,不過餐點搭配得很好,不管干貝本身還是附的醬料,都相當不錯! 比起夾在干貝內的火腿,包在干貝的海苔更令人驚艷,海苔香氣有畫龍點睛的效果 整顆干貝外層炸得很酥,不過要小心噴汁和燙口;沾著芒果塔塔醬吃,又增添一股清爽的酸甜味,個人覺得塔塔醬味道大於芒果,我之後沾炸雞吃,也覺得蠻搭的~ 法式黑松露油封鴨腿燉飯 $720 這道燉飯就是得到《台灣500盤推薦》的料理,米飯軟硬度控制得宜,雖有保留一點米芯,但仍然符合台灣人吃米飯的習慣,不會過硬;黑松露的調味一級棒,香氣陣陣,讓人不自覺一口接一口,即使冷掉還是好吃 油封鴨腿的外層鴨皮吃得到酥脆感,且超級香,有一口吃到一整片鴨皮,真的好讚~ 內部鴨肉也不會乾柴,用刀子一下就切開了,且份量不小,我們兩人分食也不覺得吃不夠 雖然價格比起其他餐點稍微貴了一些,但個人覺得還是值得一點! 皮埃蒙特Fumet柚子蟹肉義大利麵 $520 這道義大利麵味道屬於清爽派系,柚子香氣淡淡的,與清炒鹹味融合得很好;店員介紹是使用3個不同部位的蟹肉去製造,蟹肉份量很多,而且是真的吃得到肉的,不是絞碎藏在醬汁裡 兩道主餐比較的話,個人更愛法式黑松露油封鴨腿燉飯 紅李賢先生9% $450 這款調酒是與赤崁中藥行合作的聯名限定品項,調酒會再搭配一塊中式糕餅,而且還不小塊,我因為沒有嚐餅,無法評論 調酒本身為伏特加、紅玉紅茶、楊桃湯、水蜜桃條配而成,酒感沒有想像中的重,喝起來是酸甜清爽感,女生也會喜歡~ 馬告貴妃烏龍 $180 店員會先點火讓高腳杯上的木頭燻香沉至杯中,接著由客人自行將貴妃烏龍茶倒進杯中,喝起來有濃濃木質味及馬告香氣,本身是無糖,可以另外加進所附的蜂蜜水,帶出微甜滋味,適合搭配微重口味的餐點,剛好有解膩效果 整體而言,今天吃到的餐點可說是表現極優秀,每一道都很好吃,而且裝潢設計和環境氛圍很時尚,服務生態度也很不錯(今天服務我們的是短髮女店員,不管是介紹餐點或是幫我們拍照,都很親切) 「嵩Sung」絕對是我願意再訪的餐酒館!
