At the entrance, you place your order, and once it's done, the food comes out quickly. You take it inside to eat, but I found the walkway to be narrow, and with people sitting around, it becomes a bit challenging to navigate. I, being clumsy, easily risk spilling things. Personally, I think the dining environment is not very convenient, but the staff's attitude was quite good; I felt bad for bothering them with the cleanup.
I ordered the signature taro hot soup and a mix of taro balls. To me, it didn't taste sweet enough; I feel it should be a bit sweeter. The soup seemed to be somewhat bland, but the taro had a nice texture. The taro balls came in different flavors, and they were okay to eat, but I think the prices are a bit on the expensive side.
