📍 Taipei Xingtian Temple Station

Very close to the MRT station, about a 2-minute walk. The decor is bright and clean, making passersby stop and see what is being sold. We were the second group of guests that day, and both the ingredient area and the beverage area were kept very clean. The space between tables was not too cramped, making for a very pleasant environment.

Meals 🥘

American Angus Flank Steak 10oz / 634 TWD:
The quality of the beef was very good, and the portion was quite large. For this price, I think it's a decent value to enjoy such quality meat.
Taiwanese Selected Plum Pork 5oz / 368 TWD:
This was ordered by mistake; I originally wanted to order the premium top-grade Plum Pork. Although this one was frozen, it wasn't as tough as I expected, and the texture was acceptable.

Spicy pepper chicken soup / The soup base can be upgraded for an additional 38 yuan, and I think it's very suitable for cooking vegetables and pork. It has a sweet aftertaste, with a subtle spiciness that emerges in the finish, making the soup base even sweeter.

Classic original tonkotsu soup, a basic broth used for cooking meat.

The vegetable platter is quite generous, with almost all the food being in its original form. There are fewer hot pot ingredients, but the portions of the vegetables are more than enough.

The vegetable platter can be exchanged (for 5 oz of select plum blossom pork, 5 oz of American beef belly, or 12 clams). We exchanged a vegetable platter for clams, which were very fresh and you could see that the clams were still alive, and they had expelled all the sand.
