Located on Hengyang Road, about a 5-minute walk from Exit 4 of Ximen Station. This shop used to be called Xinyang Noodle House, and it also has a branch on Huaining Street. I don’t know when it changed its name to Mingming Noodle House. It may be that it wants to be similar to Huaining Street. Which company does segmentation (?)
The store style and menu content of this restaurant are as high as 90% similar to the Huaining store of Xinyang Noodle House. Even the food tastes quite similar. However, I would be more willing to return to the famous noodle restaurant (last time I ate at Xinyang Noodle House The Huaining store feels very filling, but the pickled mustard pork noodles are not very tasty)
Pork ribs dry noodles $120
The dry noodles are a little thicker like the Xinyang Noodle House Huaining store, but they are not as soft and thick as that one. The elasticity of the thin ramen noodles is acceptable.
There is already some minced meat in it, and adding some sauerkraut and chili from the store for free will enhance the flavor and make it even more delicious.
The fried pork ribs are a big piece, and the outer skin is very crispy. Even though it is a little soft due to the heat in the box, it still tastes very refreshing, especially after being sprinkled with black pepper, it is even more salty and delicious.
The small drawback is that the tendons inside are not broken, and some bites are very difficult to bite. In addition, it is really a bit oily. After eating, I found that the bottom of the box is full of oil hahaha
Overall, the portion of noodles is large, and the ribs are also very big. I feel very full after finishing the meal, so I think it is quite affordable (after all, the pork ribs noodles at the nearby Grand Hyatt Spare Ribs cost $170), and the taste is also good. I personally will be willing to return. If you are nearby, you can come, but you don’t need to go out of your way to eat.
