The duck soup you must try when visiting Xinguang
It's located on the main street of Fengtiangong where you can find the store with the longest line.
Here, they only sell duck soup with added shredded bamboo shoots and boneless duck meat,
without extras like coriander, noodles, rice noodles, or dongfen.
If you feel it's not enough, there's a meat dumpling stall and a fried oyster cake stall nearby (unfortunately, they weren’t open today).

The restaurant requires everyone to queue up for both dine-in and takeout.
After ordering together, you can either take a seat or wait for your takeout food to the side.
There are a lot of staff on-site, so the food arrives at your table quite quickly.

As soon as the meal arrives, the aroma hits you.
Then you see the bowl filled with shredded bamboo shoots and duck meat.
The first sip of the plain soup has a slightly sweet flavor with a hint of roasted duck.
You can then add the soul ingredient, Five Seal vinegar, and chili powder to taste.
The Five Seal vinegar makes the broth sweet and tangy.
The chili powder doesn’t really add much heat but enhances the flavor.
In no time, I had finished a whole bowl of soup.
If it weren't for the other plans after this, I would have loved to order two bowls to enjoy along with the brother at the same table; that would have been satisfying!

大排長龍搭配微熱的天氣有點小難熬,好險翻桌算快,大概等了15分鐘左右。用餐環境就是普通小吃店的樣貌。 剛開始以為裡面一條一條的是麵,像鴨肉羹麵的感覺,沒想到裡面沒有麵、飯、香菜,就是簡單的鴨肉跟筍絲,羹湯濃稠度覺得還蠻剛好,第一口有點甜,後來加上辣椒粉我覺得蠻加分,感覺味道更有層次,建議敢吃辣的人一定要加,整碗配料豐富,吃到後面還是有料,一碗50元價格很便宜,我覺得蠻不錯的。 現金付款可以載具很方便,現場服務人員態度也不錯,整體來說是個不錯的用餐體驗。 店家多方經營除了線上訂購還有冷凍自取,如果有興趣但無法到場享用可以試試看。

;聽說新港必吃鴨肉羹讓我來嚐嚐 🌟記得先點餐,不用佔位會帶位 🌟沒冷氣辣椒好吃到可以沒冷氣 店家介紹: 「新港鴨肉羹」三代傳承在嘉義,在奉天宮門口出來的惹出招牌鴨肉羹以大火熱熱炒,在現場還可以聞到濃郁的香氣,店家採用先點餐才入座。 菜單 單一品項鴨肉羹,有冷凍可外帶 鴨肉羹麵 💰80 鴨肉羹鮮甜的筍絲非常多,鴨肉經過大火炒過後有鑊香,口感上是屬於微微勾芡的類型,湯頭上偏甜,份量偏小,如果當成下午茶是非常棒的,如果喜歡吃辣一定要嘗嘗看 香氣濃郁的辣椒,最重要的鴨肉覺得有點偏乾。 心得:如果有去新港,推薦大家去吃,好吃的只是偏甜,當下吃到的鴨肉一半軟一半偏乾 如果是重視餐點:鴨肉羹鮮甜香氣濃郁 如果是重視環境:無冷氣,座位很多 重視停車:不算好停車 如果是重視廁所:有 如果是重視排隊:必排,排隊速度蠻快的平日10分鐘 如果重視服務:普通 如果注重CP值:🌟🌟🌟 (單純探討食物跟價格)

#過年有營業 新港媽祖廟前這家「新港鴨肉羹」算是名店之一,畢竟來拜拜的人多,吃個羹湯順便休息一下也合理。這次我是大年初一來,結果現場人潮滿滿,隊伍直接排到騎樓外,感覺大家都是拜完媽祖就順便來吃碗羹。 這家店的餐點很單純,只賣鴨肉羹,內用一碗45元。先說優點,羹湯的味道偏甜,但不會死甜,勾芡的濃稠度剛好,不會像某些羹類那樣糊成一坨。鴨肉的量給得不錯,不是那種碎肉末,是真的有幾塊完整的肉,但也不算到超多,畢竟碗本身就不大。吃起來的話,單喝羹會覺得味道有點單調,建議一定要加醋,酸味能讓整體層次豐富很多,再來點辣椒粉會更有勁。 但不得不說,這羹的份量真的偏小,一般男生可能要兩碗才會有飽足感。而且因為人很多,排隊時間真的不短,除非特別想吃,不然遇到人潮爆炸的時候,可能要考慮一下值不值得排。 整體來說,味道是不錯的,鴨肉也新鮮,但份量偏小,排隊人潮又多,適合當作來新港媽祖廟拜拜後的小點心,而不是正餐。想吃的話,建議避開人潮高峰,才不用等太久。
