The fragrant chili is rich, though the duck meat feels a bit dry.

大排長龍搭配微熱的天氣有點小難熬,好險翻桌算快,大概等了15分鐘左右。用餐環境就是普通小吃店的樣貌。 剛開始以為裡面一條一條的是麵,像鴨肉羹麵的感覺,沒想到裡面沒有麵、飯、香菜,就是簡單的鴨肉跟筍絲,羹湯濃稠度覺得還蠻剛好,第一口有點甜,後來加上辣椒粉我覺得蠻加分,感覺味道更有層次,建議敢吃辣的人一定要加,整碗配料豐富,吃到後面還是有料,一碗50元價格很便宜,我覺得蠻不錯的。 現金付款可以載具很方便,現場服務人員態度也不錯,整體來說是個不錯的用餐體驗。 店家多方經營除了線上訂購還有冷凍自取,如果有興趣但無法到場享用可以試試看。

#過年有營業 新港媽祖廟前這家「新港鴨肉羹」算是名店之一,畢竟來拜拜的人多,吃個羹湯順便休息一下也合理。這次我是大年初一來,結果現場人潮滿滿,隊伍直接排到騎樓外,感覺大家都是拜完媽祖就順便來吃碗羹。 這家店的餐點很單純,只賣鴨肉羹,內用一碗45元。先說優點,羹湯的味道偏甜,但不會死甜,勾芡的濃稠度剛好,不會像某些羹類那樣糊成一坨。鴨肉的量給得不錯,不是那種碎肉末,是真的有幾塊完整的肉,但也不算到超多,畢竟碗本身就不大。吃起來的話,單喝羹會覺得味道有點單調,建議一定要加醋,酸味能讓整體層次豐富很多,再來點辣椒粉會更有勁。 但不得不說,這羹的份量真的偏小,一般男生可能要兩碗才會有飽足感。而且因為人很多,排隊時間真的不短,除非特別想吃,不然遇到人潮爆炸的時候,可能要考慮一下值不值得排。 整體來說,味道是不錯的,鴨肉也新鮮,但份量偏小,排隊人潮又多,適合當作來新港媽祖廟拜拜後的小點心,而不是正餐。想吃的話,建議避開人潮高峰,才不用等太久。

用餐時間:2024/12/05 來新港一定要吃的鴨肉羹 就在奉天宮香客大道上,看到排隊排最長的店家就是了 這裡就單賣加了筍絲及去骨鴨肉的勾芡鴨肉羹 沒有加香菜、麵、米粉、冬粉等等等的配料 如果覺得不夠,旁邊還有肉粽攤、炸蚵嗲攤可以吃(可惜今天沒有開) 店家規定不管內用外帶都一同排隊 統一點餐後再入座或是旁邊等待外帶食物 現場工作人員很多,所以蠻快食物就上桌了 餐點一上來是直撲而來的香氣 再來是看到滿滿筍絲及鴨肉 第一口先來原味的湯,是偏甜的口味然後還有一點點鴨肉的焦香 之後就依喜好加入靈魂配角五印醋及辣椒粉 五印醋讓湯頭變的甜甜酸酸 辣椒粉其實不會很辣,也更增添風味 一下子一碗羹就吃光光了 要不是之後還有行程要繼續吃,要不然也想跟一同併桌的大哥一次點兩碗來吃,這樣才過癮呀!
