Some people say: After eating sushiro, you will not want to eat fresh food again.
This time I finally realized what it feels like!

Although I know that many branches have been opened in Taiwan, the long queues always put me off. Today, my mood was high, so I came to eat sushi alone😆.

The sushi rice is kept at just the right temperature, and the fish is tender and fragrant as you chew it. The meal is delivered very quickly, and the fish is grilled and oozes sweet oil! The ice cream is rich.
I also saw many people ordering desserts, which are really good items!

It's a pity that the meal time was only 60 minutes, so I ate in a bit of a hurry and couldn't savor every bite of sushi.

Considering this branch only, I feel it is a pity to mention a few things:
1️⃣ Meal period
Maybe there happens to be an elementary school nearby. I entered the restaurant for dinner at about 18:00, which happened to be during the middle and late dining hours of the previous wave of customers. Most of these customers were parents bringing their children to dine, so this time period was full of children. Loud noises.
While I was eating sushi, I felt the child in the seat behind me jumping up and down on the seat and kicking my feet hard. Basically, while I was eating sushi, the chair kept vibrating...
Of course, this is partly an education issue, and I did not include it in the number of stars in the rating, but if you have friends who want to come to this restaurant to dine, you may want to pay a little attention to the dining time.

2️⃣The plate is neat and tidy
The cleanliness of the seats, corridors, and tabletops are all OK, but when the a la carte sushi is delivered to the plate, you will see some inexplicable stains.
After removing the plate from the conveyor, my hands will naturally touch the bottom of the plate, and I often feel some oiliness. Among them, I ordered a piece of garlic tempura nigiri sushi (with sauce on top) , when I took off the dinner plate, I felt the sauce directly under the dinner plate.
I don’t know how it was handled backstage, but there were some oil stains on the dinner plates. Although it didn’t look like the plates were not washed, it looked more like the oil-stained hands kept touching other corners of the dinner plate during the process of making sushi. .

Generally speaking, these are the two things you should pay attention to when dining out🙋
Personally, I think if the goal is to eat enough, per capita consumption should be around $500.

Salt and vinegar marinated mackerel $40/plate I personally like mackerel, so this tastes good too👍
Limited time limit - sumptuous sweet shrimp $60/plate The sweet shrimps are very tender, and putting 6 of them on top is also visually impressive. However, I personally feel that there is no special need to order this plate. You can just order regular sweet shrimps. BTW Perilla is very dry and hard🤔
Tuna tamagoyaki $40/plate It’s great to have this combo option!
Salmon belly $40/plate Of course you have to eat this when you come to eat sushi😆
Garlic flower tempura $40/plate This is sushi! (There is food below!) This set is definitely in the top three in my mind today! There are also carved flowers on the flower branches inside! The fried skin is crispy and not hard, and there is still a little juice when you bite into it! The sauce goes well with it too!
Salmon roe warship $60/plate Unfortunately, I don’t think there are enough salmon eggs, and the cucumbers take up about 2/3.
Sauce-grilled tuna supreme $40/plate In fact... about 90% is raw, only the thin surface layer is baked, and the other layer covered by overlap is fresh. I can’t taste the roasted sauce flavor either… Pop
Hokkaido milk ice cream $40/plate Friends say it’s a must-try, and it’s really a must-try! It really feels like the meal is over after eating this!
