Went to dine on a holiday evening; after placing the order, the food can be picked up within about 10 minutes. The restaurant has its own seating, or you can take it to the dining area in the food court.

▪️ Spicy Fried Bomb Noodles + Sauerkraut Pork Soup $258
The spicy seasoning has only an aroma; it doesn't feel spicy or numbing at all, which is different from what I imagined. The egg is soft-boiled, and when added to the noodles, it makes everything very sticky, which I find unpleasant. The noodles are chewy; actually, both the noodles and the egg are delicious when separated, but together they are quite heavy, and I don't like this spicy seasoning (how can it be called spicy when it's neither spicy nor numbing? 🤣), to the extent that I wouldn't want to eat it again.
The sauerkraut pork soup tastes good, with just the right amount of sourness, but because the noodles are too heavy, the soup feels very little and is gone in no time. The ingredients in the soup are quite rich, including sauerkraut, pork slices, duck blood, and tofu. The pork slices are not dry and have some fat.
Overall, I would come here just for the sauerkraut pork soup; the noodles are really just okay.
