I accidentally saw a new brand in Jucheng Food Street. I checked and found out that it is a new brand of Juan Tofu - Ada Shi Five Star Noodle House. It seems that there are only 2 stores at present.
It specializes in noodle set meals. Each set includes one noodle + one soup + three side dishes for 258 yuan. If you don’t want side dishes, it is 188 yuan. There are three flavors of fried egg noodles with pepper and sesame paste, noodles with sakura shrimp paste and three fried sauces. There are three types of soups to choose from: Spicy Four Treasures Soup, Pickled Cabbage White Pork Soup and Gentle Bak Kut Teh Soup. After looking at the price, I felt that the difference between the three side dishes was 70 yuan, so I finally chose the 188 yuan set meal. Because I wanted to eat spicy four treasure soup, I chose the noodles with cherry shrimp paste. I also bought an additional serving of seasonal vegetables. The meal was served very quickly. About 5 minutes.
The taste is a bit bland, and the texture of the noodles is not as elastic as expected. The spicy four treasure soup is quite rich in ingredients, including one fried dough stick, 3 pieces of duck blood, 3 pieces of tofu and some meat slices. It is a pity that the meat slices are generally a bit broken. Overall The soup is a big bowl, but the amount of noodles is normal, so boys may not be full. The taste is not particularly memorable, and the price is not cheap. Overall, I am a bit disappointed😞
