A newly opened bistro, the environment is comfortable, bright, and clean. The decor, themed around bouldering outdoor activities, is quite unique, combining high-end French open kitchen equipment. There is no meat, but instead a direct confrontation of grilled vegetables and seafood, which is currently rare.
The four of us scanned the menu, and the collision of vegetables, seafood, and fruits, along with layered flavors, was overall very special and enjoyable. The atmosphere was more relaxed and the dishes were above standard, complemented by a variety of white wines and sake. This bistro left a deep impression recently and is worth visiting again.
