💠 Meijiafu Fried Chicken Wings (Renwu Store)
Hi everyone! I'm Wolf Wolf 🪽
Today I'm here to share a fried chicken stall located on Bade Zhong Road in Renwu — this is it: Meijiafu Fried Chicken Wings! The name sounds very friendly, but after eating, my feelings are a bit mixed...
This time I tried a few common fried items:
🍗 Spicy Chicken Cutlet 65 TWD
The outer layer looks a bit crispy, and it smells good~ But... it got cold, which really affected the taste a lot; the skin is no longer crispy, and the meat lost that juicy freshness from when it was just fried.
🍟 Crispy Fries (Small) 30 TWD
The fries are on the thinner side, but since they had been fried a while ago, they turned out a bit dry... what a shame!
🦑 Sweet Potato Balls 20 TWD
These were supposed to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, but they became soft after cooling and had a slight oiliness.
🌿 Green Beans 30 TWD
These were fried quite dry, but since they weren't fried fresh, they lost all their crispness and had a somewhat greasy feel.
But!! The only savior is—
☕️ Traditional Red Tea 25 TWD
I really have to praise this cup of red tea!!! The sweetness is just right, it’s not overly sweet or cloying, and it really brings me back to the feeling of drinking iced red tea when I was a kid~ Wolf Wolf is willing to come back just for this cup of red tea!
Although the shop indicated that they pre-fry the items to prevent customers from waiting too long, Wolf Wolf thinks that fresh-fried is still the best in terms of texture~
I suggest that friends who want to buy focus solely on the red tea~ Hahaha!
