You cannot make a reservation; you must arrive in groups to be seated after ordering your meals. The business is doing very well, so be mindful of that, or you will end up waiting a long time. The restaurant, like those in Japan, is very full, and since it specializes in teppanyaki cuisine, there is a bit of oil and smoke, but it is quite clean.
As for the dishes, they mainly focus on Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, with different flavors and extra ingredients available. I noticed that people generally order one each for themselves. Personally, I find it can be a bit rich and heavy in flavor, so it is more suitable to share among several people and then order some other dishes individually.
