Let’s talk about the conclusion first: I personally don’t like it very much, it’s too greasy and burdensome.

advantage:
The service attitude is very good and the menu is very complete.
There are instructions for how many minutes to cook the meat.
The landlady must be from Sichuan. In the end, she came to the table to care about today’s dishes.
The rattan pepper beef and spicy beef are both great
The meat is tender and tasty! Except for the marinated meat, everything else seems to be fine.

shortcoming:
It’s really too oily and I can’t get used to it~~
The Pier I have had is also a Sichuan hotpot with oil-soaked dishes, but it made people feel unsatisfied and not tired of it.
Let’s talk about wine. The clerk recommended peach blossom wine and osmanthus wine. We each ordered a bottle but we didn’t like it. The color and taste are all based on chemistry. You can order one bottle for the whole table to try it out.
Many vegetables are gone (I was looking forward to lettuce)
The crispy pork is all fried in fried skin and has no meat at all.
Fried eggs with fried vegetables are just like fried eggs with no seasoning (you have to throw them into the spicy soup and cook them)
