A juice specialty shop inside the night market | Signature drinks are papaya and avocado milk 🥑🍹

When I got to the Ningxia Night Market, I suddenly craved papaya milk, so I found a shop that had a lot of customers (even though it was mostly foreigners in line 😝) and was pleasantly surprised by the result!

🧡 Papaya Milk (Large $80):
I noticed while waiting in line that the fruits were cut neatly and the papaya looked perfectly ripe, so I decisively ordered a large cup.

I observed that the shop used fresh milk from Liujia Dairy Farm, adding lots of chunks of papaya.

The taste was rich and fragrant, with both the papaya and milk flavors standing out prominently, balancing well in the mouth. Since it was blended for quite a while, the texture wasn't disrupted by any pulp, and I finished it in no time!

Next time, I would like to try other flavors of juice.

A little reminder: The shop has posted a notice saying that the papaya milk should be consumed within 10 minutes, or else the addition of the milk protein may cause it to become bitter and curdle!
