▪️ Restaurant Environment and Atmosphere:
The overall environment is good and there is not a strong smell of grease, but the lighting is quite dim, making it hard to tell if the meat is cooked; you have to look very closely to see it.

The staff do not wear uniforms, but you can still recognize if they are servers. However, their enthusiasm for service is relatively low; they rarely ask if you want to change the grill, and they only come to ask if you'd like to change it when the grill is almost fully burnt. 😅 Nonetheless, their attitude is quite good, so it isn’t a big concern. 👌🏻

▪️ Classic special for 2 people 1280 yuan - Creamy Filet The cream melts into the beef, making the texture deliciously tender. It tastes rich with the flavor of cream, very delicious!

▪️ Cold Udon Noodles (Single Order) $80 Light miso flavor, topped with shredded seaweed and white sesame seeds～ It tastes cool and refreshing, very smooth to eat 👍🏻

▪️ Classic Special for 2 people 1280 TWD _ Ultra Black Pork The meat quality is good, quite fresh and sweet. 👍🏻

▪️ Grilled zucchini 100g (single order) $150 ▪️ Basil yam 170g (single order) $180 ▪️ King oyster mushroom (complimentary from the restaurant) The zucchini is seasoned and tastes even better after grilling! 🧂 The yam is also really tasty; just grill it until it's almost dry, then flip it and grill a bit more. The king oyster mushrooms are delicious too! All the vegetables I ordered are fresh! Great!

▪️Bone-in Short Ribs (A la carte) $320 The bone-in short ribs are definitely a must-try at this restaurant, but they need to be ordered separately!

▪️Cherry Duck (Single Order) $150 Personally, I feel that this duck isn't very tasty. It doesn't have the flavor I expected, and the meat quality is quite ordinary. You can give it a try, but it's not necessary to order it!

▪️Cheese Rice Cake (Single Order) $180 This is not baked by myself; it is made by the shop and served out, Taking the first bite, it feels really good, the cheese is savory and sweet, and the rice cake is soft and tender. However, by the end, it really becomes very greasy, needing some green tea for rescue 😂
