▶ All-Day Brunch $380 - Sea Salt Sous Vide Chicken ◀
You can also order brunch at night! The sous vide chicken is really tender and has no fishy taste, probably from the chicken breast, but it’s not dry at all. We chose chocolate shokupan (Japanese-style bread) for our toast, which had chocolate chips that were pleasantly semi-melted. The salad even had small sweet potatoes, and my favorite part was the dressing, which was different from regular salad dressings and had a light yogurt texture!
▶ Margherita Wood-Fired Pizza $300 ◀
The Margherita may have a simple flavor, but it has a lot of toppings, and the cheese is plentiful! The crust is chewy, and I recommend sharing this with friends!
▶ French Apple Tart $180 ◀
The apple tart has a hint of cinnamon, but unfortunately, the crust isn’t the crispy texture I prefer, though it isn’t hard either, and there are cherries inside.
▶ Spicy Mexican Shrimp Pasta $390 ◀
The pasta has a refreshing flavor, with a mild spiciness that I really enjoyed! The shrimp are quite large, with four pieces, and are very fresh, bouncy, and firm. I highly recommend this dish for those who can handle spicy food.
▶ Passion Ocean $160 ◀
This juice is made from fresh mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and apple. Just looking at the fruit combination makes it clear that it’s delicious, and it’s not too sweet! There are no fruit pulp chunks either! Smooth and tasty, it's a great choice for those who love juice or want to avoid caffeine!
