Environment
After visiting the Baibai at Songbailing in Nantou, you can conveniently stop by for a meal. 📍Braised Pork Belly (Dongpo Pork) 💰600
The tenderness of the Dongpo pork combined with the sauce makes it incredibly delicious with rice. The presence of bamboo shoots helps to balance the greasiness, not at all inferior to the braised pork rice in Changhua!

📍Pickled Bamboo Shoot Omelette 💰200
This dish is quite unique and not found in many places, but I personally think it’s the most ordinary one. It’s not difficult to eat but is a bit too salty.

📍Red Yeast Rice Crispy Eel 💰550
The deep-fried eel is super tender and really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a coating similar to traditional salt and crispy chicken. It’s a very authentic specialty dish!
