🍜 Upon entering, you first need to order via a machine and make cash payment before finding a seat inside. The staff will help you check for available seating! There aren't many seats, but the turnover rate is fast!
🥢 The rice noodles are really delicious! They are chewy and not mushy. The broth is on the sweet and clear side. The beef pho soup is lighter, while the mixed beef pho includes braised beef ribs and beef balls, making the broth a bit thicker, but still refreshing! You can add lime juice and fish sauce for extra flavor, making it even more Vietnamese!
🍗 The chicken thigh in the chicken thigh pho is grilled and very aromatic. The fried chicken wings are crispy on the outside and tender inside, flavorful enough that they don’t require dipping sauce. The tofu skin is highly recommended! It's crispy without oily taste, and the sauce paired with fish sauce is excellent—spring rolls are a bit ordinary.
🍞 We also ordered condensed milk French bread for dessert, which can be split; it's crispy on the outside, chewy inside, and perfectly sweet and fragrant. We chose sugarcane lemon for the drink, which is made with care and is refreshing without being overly sweet.
💬 Next time I visit, I think I will just focus on the beef pho—it’s simple but tastes even better that way! Overall, after eating here, I don't feel burdened, making it perfect for a bowl in the summer! ✨
