There is a famous stir-fried duck soup shop on Sanchong Longmen Road. It is only open until 6pm every day. It is a shop that many people can easily miss.
As for the stir-fried duck soup at Siwei Night Market, although the afternoon opening hours are always tricky, the taste is not inferior to that of the famous Mie stores.
What we enjoyed today was duck meat soup with oil noodles, noodles and sesame soup, totaling 145 yuan.
Stir-fried duck meat with oil noodles:
The butter noodles used extensively in orthodox soup noodles are still perfectly suitable here. The rich aroma of burnt onions and the vinegar that enhances the flavor are paired with the delicious stir-fried duck meat, and the noodles are just right in softness and richness. The combination of soup and soup is very delicious.
Adding noodles is an extra small bowl, and you can freely decide the pace of adding noodles just like Japanese ramen.
Sewage soup:
There are a lot of duck intestines, duck gizzards and other offal ingredients in the soup, and the smell is simply removed by spices. It tastes completely different from thickened soup and is very refreshing.
The chili powder on the table in the store is not too spicy, and the new taste after adding it to the soup is quite good. If you are interested, you can try it more.
The take-out bag will be made into a small zipper bag for self-use, which is very convenient and considerate.
Overall, in terms of taste, it is definitely not inferior to Mie's famous stir-fried duck soup restaurant. I just wish that the business hours in the afternoon could be more fixed. I often get cheated when I want to eat, which doesn't feel good.
The service attitude of the store discussed on the Internet is indeed a bit subtle, but the flaws are not hidden, because the food is so delicious that these minor issues can be ignored.
