After passing by many times without stepping in, the weather is too hot today, and I wanted to find a place with air conditioning to eat something cold. 🥵

Ordering Sequence: Choose bread ➡️ Choose main dish ➡️ Choose toppings ➡️ Choose sauce ➡️ Check out.

• 6-inch Sous Vide Thick Cut Steak Sandwich (Whole Wheat Bread) $150

To eat a bit healthier, I chose whole wheat bread. 🤣 It doesn’t have a strong wheat flavor, and it’s not too rough when you bite into it!
For the vegetables, the staff will ask which ones you don’t want, and you can also tell them to include only specific ones; the default is to add everything, and it tastes quite fresh!
The portion of steak was more than I expected, and I didn’t encounter any tendons; the texture was nice (though it didn’t have any particularly special flavor, just the usual beef taste).
I chose honey mustard as the sauce; their honey mustard has a stronger mustard flavor, slightly pungent. 🤏

Overall experience was pretty good! If I think of having a submarine sandwich again, I’ll definitely come back.
