What is ultimate sin? It’s eating two sinful foods together!

“Top Master Boneless Dreamy Fried Chicken Lin Sen Store” is located around Lin Sen North Road, and the nearest MRT station is Zhongshan Station, which is about an 11-minute walk.

I decided to add this fried food shop to my must-try list because I stumbled upon a very special item: scallion pancake with chicken fillet! As someone who loves scallion pancakes and fried food, this item has truly found a place in my heart!

Although “Top Master Boneless Dreamy Fried Chicken Lin Sen Store” doesn’t look very impressive from the outside, once you step in, you can see that the shop is quite thoughtful; the ingredients are neatly and cleanly packaged, which makes it feel very hygienic!

Scallion pancake with chicken fillet $85
The portion is a bit smaller than I expected, the chicken fillet is about half a piece, not a whole one. It’s not extremely juicy, but it’s not overly dry either, it's okay.
The scallion pancake is fried, but it doesn't feel greasy when you eat it; the edges are crispy, which is my favorite part. When paired with the crispy edges of the fried chicken, it really is such a delightful experience! I saved that last bite for the end, making me want to go back tomorrow for another piece!

Overall, I personally feel that while it doesn't leave a particularly stunning impression, it’s still quite good. If I happen to be nearby, I would want to buy another serving to try again!
