The crowds at Sushiro Ximen are pretty good, so you won’t have to wait too long, and you won’t worry too much about the freshness of the ingredients.
I went there during lunch time on weekdays and unexpectedly discovered that there is a lunch set set: one piece of udon noodles and one piece of mixed sushi (4 pieces). The price is not high, so it is a good choice for those who want to eat sushi without having to eat during dinner.
Ordered the following meals today.
Fried squid mentaiko oolong noodles: This is a limited time item. I have always liked Sushiro's fried sashimi. In addition to the freshly fried sashimi and thin skin, it is freshly fried so it is always served hot. This dish does not add additional sauce, but the remaining water on the surface of the cooked udon noodles is combined with the slightly spicy mentaiko, making the entire noodle dish very rich and delicious. If you feel the mentaiko is too salty, you can use it sparingly or heat the water.
Tuna warship and tamagoyaki nigiri sushi: Check out Sushiman’s official recommendation and order it to try. Unexpectedly, I will only order this combination every time I visit from now on. Tamagoyaki has a sweet taste and is a little lacking in water content, so it goes well with tuna and the taste is just right. But if I have to say, children may like it better.
Fried shrimp and avocado roll: I prefer the Hanamaki side. There are eggs (same as tamagoyaki), avocado and fried shrimps inside, and there are shrimp eggs on the surface to increase the taste. The fillings inside are well blended, and their respective aromas are there. It is a popular choice and one of the good choices for people who do not eat raw food.
Sushi Lang has always been a decent family restaurant, so it is very popular in Japan and Taiwan. In particular, there are many cooked food options, so it’s not a big problem if you don’t eat raw food. recommend.
