"National Pork Ribs" is a chain bento restaurant, with two locations in the city of Taitung. Although the interior looks somewhat dim and old, the bento itself is quite impressive.

The side dishes are very abundant, without too many starchy options, such as vermicelli stir-fried with ground pork. They also pay attention to the colors of the dishes, making the meal feel even more delicious. There's no Yakult, but they do provide a pot of soup as a standard, which customers can serve themselves if needed.

There are also disposable utensils prepared for use next to the example soup.
While waiting for the meal, there is also a TV to watch!
There is no seating area inside the store, but there is a waiting area for takeout where you can sit down and rest.
The soup of the day is miso soup, and it contains some common ingredients.
The packaging of the bento itself is still old-fashioned, giving off a nostalgic retro vibe.
The fish fillet is a very large piece, which feels like it is full of sincerity. Moreover, the frying is just right, crispy but not overly so; I recommend it to friends who like fish. The pickled radish is really good with rice and surprisingly tasty. Usually, regular lunch boxes don't take pickled items seriously. 😂
