"I'm going to Beitou to prepare for work... Feeling lonely and hungry all alone, I decided to indulge in some sinful fried snacks to fill the emptiness in my stomach. (Beitou really has no nightlife)" by Little Brother
<About the Meal 🥣>
This round of sinful fried snacks includes chicken hearts, chicken gizzards, 百頁豆腐 (layered tofu), and fried tofu skin, all of which are high-calorie foods. The chicken hearts and gizzards have no fishy smell and are very crispy. The fried tofu skin is just like a cookie, and paired with pepper, it really makes you want to eat more. However, the 百頁豆腐 is noticeably oily and greasy, so it needs to be paired with unsweetened green tea to be bearable.
<About the Staff 👨🍳>
My impression of the owner is that he is very friendly and down-to-earth. He usually chats a bit with customers, but that day he was busy managing everything alone, and I really admired his ability to handle it so well.
<About the Store Environment 🐾>
The store environment is quite small and cramped, and there aren't many ingredients available; it gets really crowded when there are more people. But you can sneak a look to see if the oil in the owner's fryer is clean or not. By the way, there was a red high-end motorcycle outside, so I'm not sure if the owner is a wealthy person.
