The stir-fried dishes from Snail Kitchen are the most balanced ones I have ever tasted.
It’s so delicious that I feel that eating other ingredients would interfere with this craft, so I always eat garlic chili and use the simplest seasoning to enjoy the aroma of stir-frying and the texture of the dough.
If you consider other stores, it’s not that they can’t compete with Snail Kitchen for their craftsmanship, but in Xinzhuang, this delicacy only costs RMB 80!

Grilled Wild Mushroom Chicken Noodles with Red Sauce: The grilled meat is quite fragrant. After tearing the grilled skin apart, you will find the rich red sauce aroma and thick chicken underneath. You can eat them separately or together. In addition to each having its own characteristics, , the conclusions are all delicious.

Caramel pudding: This is also a must-order for me every time I come here.
The caramel baked directly with the airbrush is spread evenly on the soft pudding, and then gently pried open with a spoon.
The snapping sound that comes from the moment you knock it open is simply heavenly music 😇

As for how delicious it is?
The taste of the sweet but not greasy caramel and the soft and not overly sweet pudding when swallowed together is very fascinating.
It is the highest level of enjoyment to enjoy it just after it has cooled down after baking, but while it is still a little warm.
