Soft noodles, topped with coriander, oysters and large intestines
Traditional combination, nothing to fault the taste
The amount of ingredients is just right, neither the ingredients nor the noodles are too much.

The freshly caught rolls feel fresh and taste very crispy
We were dining together and both of us liked this roll very much.
If you like small rolls, you might as well order a small plate as a side dish
After all, just oyster noodles...shouldn’t you be full?

I also ordered the three-color cold braise
The braised meat seems to have been smoked, and the texture and taste are quite good.
Like the rolls, it is quite suitable as a side dish (in fact, it is also very suitable for drinking).

Overall performance is good
I don’t like noodles, I don’t like coriander, and I’m willing to give three stars even if I only eat side dishes (the part about noodles in the front was written by my wife);
The wife who likes to eat noodles will be given four stars, and she will come if she wants to eat noodles.
