There are four flavors of soup to choose from, Tianxiang Spicy, Yushan White Snow Hotpot, Watermelon Soup, and Healthy Medicinal Hotpot.
There are really many choices of dishes. The meats include Australian snowflake beef, streaky beef, beef belly tendon, frost/cherry duck/baby lamb. The quality of the meat is quite good! ! There are up to 10 kinds of vegetables to choose from, more than 20 kinds of hot pot ingredients, more than 10 kinds of chicken hearts and fish, and more than 10 kinds of desserts such as mango cheese, tiramisu, and puff brownie.
The most thoughtful part of the sauce section is that some people may like to add eggs for seasoning. There is a special egg yolk separator that can be used to add only egg yolks without egg whites.
There are also many choices of ice cream and drinks. Hey, if there are durian popsicles, just choose them🤪
The Baixue Hotpot was average, but everyone felt that the watermelon soup was not suitable for boiling all the time. The taste was refreshing but a bit sour, so everyone didn't like it.
Thoughts: Everyone is really not interested in hot pot. They usually only eat it unless it rains or is very cold. However, it’s been a long time since I’ve had it, and I can’t believe that the dishes now are so beautiful! ! push push
