In Tainan, eating a unique local meal is a must. "Fu Tai Dining Table" is located near Chihkan Tower in Tainan. It is a snack bar established in 1939. In addition to the abundance of fish that is a must-have on the table, they also make fried products that go well with rice and fresh fish soup made from fish bones. Because the second generation continued the traditional store style, the third generation independently opened a modern and popular "Futai Dining Table Third Generation" in Section 2 of Minzu Road.

The most classic culture of Din Table Boy is that there are a bunch of dishes for guests to choose. It is a bit like the concept of a buffet. The difference is that you can order directly from the restaurant after looking at the dishes. You can directly tell him how much you want, and there is no order. Method, just ask the clerk to check out after you finish your meal~

The main focus of Dinshizai is to use ingredients purchased on the day. The dishes are different every day, giving a sense of anticipation like no-menu dishes. Fish accounts for 1/3 of the dishes at Futai Dining Table. There are pan-fried, soup-cooked, deep-fried or sauce-roasted flavors, so you can enjoy various cooking methods.

In short, I want to know what to order. What is available on the day is a major feature of the dining table. Even if you don't eat the so-called must-order dishes, you can still enjoy the meal with satisfaction.

When we arrived that day, they were about to close. Except for the pork rice, the store owner asked if they wanted to eat everything else 😂😂
I just like this casual feeling. I think this is a great feature of Tainan! !

I also asked first if there was any cilantro, no! Awesome! ! Fu Tai's pork rice has the feel of a mini pork rice, with alternating fat and lean pieces of meat, and the hard white rice absorbs the sauce of the pork to make the taste more chewy.

Congratulations! ! Futai's fish skin and fish bones are of the type that have not been completely cleaned, so they are very fresh.
The elders in the family will clean it very well, so I used to think that fish skin has no fish bones🤣🤣

Thoughts: As a Tainanese, I feel that the culture of the dining table is very suitable for tourists. The taste is very familiar to the cooking made by the elders in the family. However, I should eat it quite often and it doesn’t impress me. Very amazing~~
