Raw squid, this one is amazing, the chewy texture is quite good.
It's the kind of crispy texture that bounces back in your mouth after you bite it open.

The noodle is a decent butter noodle, which is delicious and not sticky.
The chili in the store is highly recommended. Just a small spoonful is quite spicy, so be sure to try it.

The space of the store is not big, in fact it is quite narrow. After all, it has been over 30 years, so it is unlikely that it will be renovated.
So most of the customers who pass by take takeaways home.

Overall, it's not unpalatable, but it's a little subtle, with some outstanding points and some indescribable parts.
