Today I came to the most famous stinky tofu stall in Zhonghe.
This is a delicious place that everyone praises!
Maybe it's because of the rain, I'm particularly lucky today,
No need to queue up to buy it! 🎉

Tips: If you want to use it inside, you don’t have to follow the big queue outside, just go in and find a seat to sit down, or boldly ask the boss, this is the correct way to open it! 😉

This stinky tofu really lives up to its name. The aroma (or should I say stink?) hits your nostrils, making those who smell it cry and those who eat it linger!
The outer skin is so crispy that it falls apart, with a hole poked in the middle and topped with soy sauce and minced garlic. It’s a perfect match! Every bite is juicy and addictive! 🤤

As for the kimchi, it is a standard Taiwanese kimchi, with a crisp texture and just the right acidity. It is the finishing touch as a side dish. It pairs perfectly with stinky tofu and makes people unable to stop eating! 🥢
