Located at Taipei Station, the water-fried buns attract passing travelers. Sometimes, if you're looking to fill your stomach or want something to take on the train, you'll definitely stop by to buy some.
The price is quite affordable, only $20 each.
I really enjoy their water-fried buns, especially the thick, textured dough. The bottom has a nice crispy feel to it, and I find the filling to be very flavorful. Overall, I believe that $20 is indeed a great value.
I especially love their spicy sauce, which I always add to enhance the overall flavor. You can help yourself to the sauces and bags.
Interestingly, there's a handwashing station nearby, so you can wash your hands if you need to. There are also some seats available for travelers to sit down and have a little snack or rest for a while.
