🚶‍♂️Just a two-minute walk from Saga Station, you'll find "Uand," with its deep blue wooden door, a specialty ice cream shop focused on evening hours. We originally targeted the popular crème brûlée soft serve sundae, but we arrived too late and it was already sold out. 😭

🍮 Luckily, we bought the Pudding and Soft Cream (800 yen), which unexpectedly became the highlight of the evening! A whole pudding is lavishly placed on top of the ice cream; the pudding is smooth and rich with a slight caramel aroma, and the caramel base adds a nice depth to the flavor. The ice cream itself has a strong milky flavor without being overly sweet, making it enjoyable until the very last bite; they pair together very harmoniously.

🥮 Additionally, we also bought their financiers, which were truly moist and delicious, with a strong buttery aroma. It wasn’t just sweetness from sugar; you could really taste the quality of the ingredients.

👀 Just as we got our ice cream, we turned around to see a line of Japanese customers behind us. The sign on the door says, "We only accommodate one group at a time," so the inside is quite small. If you want to try it, you should arrive early, or the popular items will sell out.

📸 This cup of pudding soft serve is definitely worth making a special trip to try; its extravagant presentation and genuine flavor make it one of the most surprising desserts I had on this trip!
