韓家正宗韓國料理【本店】

Located on Dadu 17th Street in Xitun, Taichung, "Han's Authentic Korean Cuisine" is said to be a restaurant run by a Korean owner, specializing in authentic Korean dishes. My wife loves Korean food, but I actually find it just okay. However, since my wife enjoys it, I accompanied her to check it out. This time we ordered their Han's Matsusaka Pork, and overall, the taste was quite good. The Matsusaka pork was crispy on the outside and maintained a chewy texture inside, which complemented the Korean sauce very well. The lettuce wrap with meat is a perfect combination, and the side dishes had very harmonious flavors, such as kimchi, bean sprouts, and kelp, which added a lot of character to the main dish.

The restaurant's environment is nice, but due to the barbecue, there can occasionally be a smell of grease inside. If you're in Taichung and looking for authentic Korean cuisine, this is indeed a good choice. However, I "personally" might try other places if I visit the area again.
