"Revisit Series"
The previous articles introduced the scallion pancakes I had when I went to Penghu. Queuing in line was really torturous for me. When I got back to Tainan, I immediately went to eat at this restaurant. I thought it was over the top. It was obviously super fried, but it didn’t taste very greasy. The fragrant scallion pancakes are full of scallions and meat. Their scallion pancakes contain meat. Some people may call them scallion pancakes, but the boss clarified that they are scallion pancakes.
The small truck shop located under the temple gate on Xialin Road is also a two-person operation. It is cheap and delicious.
The boss is responsible for making the dough, wrapping the meat, and wrapping the onions, while the wife is the one responsible for frying. Seeing that the boss has packed a lot of meat and green onions into the dough, I feel that the ingredients used are really generous!
(The boss does not wear gloves during the cooking process. If you are concerned about hygiene, you may want to think about whether to eat it. The boss lady is the one who collects the money and frying, so I personally think it is okay)

I can only say that the afternoon tea is super refreshing. The hot scallion pancake is sandwiched with a half-boiled egg. The golden and crispy crust looks delicious, and it tastes very enjoyable. The crust is really crispy and the crust is really delicious. Crispy and soft on the inside, it looks very greasy, but in fact it doesn't taste that greasy, and the whole thing is very fragrant.
(When the boss lady drains the oil, she doesn’t use dripping oil, she uses running water 😂, but it really doesn’t taste greasy)
