黃福龍脆皮蔥油餅

Located near Taipei Main Station, at the intersection of Huayin Street and Taiyuan Road, next to it is the famous Sanduowu and Crispy Milk Donuts. I ate them once many years ago and thought they were delicious. I decided to buy one today to reflect on the taste.

Scallion pancake with egg $55
After ordering the food, the boss directly brought it to us that had already been fried and was being drained on the rack. We originally thought it would be lukewarm, but it still tasted quite hot, so extra points!
The crust is super crispy, and the sound of biting into it can directly experience ASMR! The egg yolk is perfectly cooked, and it’s great to eat with scallion pancakes~~
However, the sauce is a bit too salty, and the chili sauce is also quite spicy (I told the boss when ordering that a little bit would be better), and a bit oily, so it is recommended to buy a drink, otherwise you will be very thirsty.
p.s. After buying the scallion pancakes, go to Chunxia Fruit Tea on the corner and buy drinks for a discount.

Overall, this is a rather expensive scallion pancake, which is $10-15 higher than the normal price. But considering how delicious it is, I will still buy it from time to time in the future~
