I went to the high-end sushi restaurant, Sushi Akazaka 🍣🥰
The restaurant is called Sushi Akazaka Osaka Namba PREMIUM, and it's located within walking distance from Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station on various train lines 🚃
It's on the 8th floor of a building, and the night view was absolutely beautiful 🌃
For drinks, I chose oolong tea 🐦⬛ because I wanted to fully enjoy the taste of the sushi ✨
I had the omakase course ◆ a selection of exquisite dishes using seasonal ingredients for ¥19,800 🍣
Otoro with truffle soy sauce 🐟
They generously drizzled plenty of truffles on it right in front of me 🥰
I ate it with lots of wasabi, and the rich otoro combined with the truffle flavor and the spiciness of the wasabi was incredibly delicious 🥰
Ankimo monaka 🐟
The ankimo was topped with narazuke ✨
It was delicious sandwiched between the monaka wafers ✨
The ankimo was rich and flavorful, and the narazuke added a nice accent, while the monaka skin was crispy and tasty 🥰
Returning bonito 🐟
It had a nice char and was lightly seared 🔥
With shredded green onion + grated daikon 🐟
The green onion and daikon were refreshing and delicious

The flavor of nori combined with shiso complemented the bonito well, and it was delicious 🐟

Saba grilled with Saikyo miso 🐟
The saba was fatty, fluffy, and tender

The soy sauce was deeply infused in the red meat, making it rich and delicious 🐟
It paired perfectly with the temperature of the rice and was very tasty 🍣
Sweet shrimp topped with caviar 🍣
They placed the caviar on right in front of me and added sudachi 🥰
The sweet shrimp was sweet,
And the caviar had a subtle saltiness that was delightful, with a nice pop to it 🥰
The refreshing taste of the sudachi also added to the deliciousness ✨
Stewed daikon
The tender stewed daikon was full of dashi flavor 🥰
With hints of yuzu, it was refreshing and delicious ✨
The white vinegar rice
The white rice was designed for you to fully enjoy the umami of the fish 🐟
Kue 🍣
The vinegared rice became milder, and the sweetness of the kue came through, making it incredibly delicious 🐟
Shima aji 🍣
It was topped with a paste of green onion and ginger 🫚
The shima aji was tender and melted in my mouth, and it paired wonderfully with the green onion paste, making it incredibly delicious 🥰
Abalone liver sauce 🦪
Steamed abalone with
Red vinegar rice, where they poured the abalone liver sauce and truffle in front of me,
You can enjoy it like risotto 🥰
The liver sauce was rich like cheese,
And it paired beautifully with the sweet and sour rice and truffle, making it incredibly delicious 🥰
The abalone was also plump, tender, rich, and delicious 🦪
Okinawan mozuku with vinegar 🌺
Thick mozuku with ginger and shiso flowers
It combined wonderfully with the refreshing taste of vinegar, making it very delicious 🫚
Kuruma ebi 🦐🍣
Served rare, it was plump, chewy, and sweet, making it incredibly delicious 🦐
Crab and salmon roe chawanmushi 🥚🦀
It had plenty of crab meat and a good amount of salmon roe 🦀

Although there were many foreign guests, it's definitely a place I want Japanese people to visit too!!
