Located in Ningxia Night Market, stall No. 105, probably in the middle of the night market, only sells two products, sorghum sausage and sorghum sausage egg pancake rolls.

Sorghum Sausage Omelet Roll $80
The boss had made a lot of rolls in advance and put them on the iron net. After ordering, the boss immediately gave them to me. I looked at the contents and was a little stunned because there were really only egg pancakes wrapped with sausages and no other ingredients (I thought I would Like the large intestine wrapping the small intestine😂)
However, apart from the price being a bit expensive, this sausage omelette roll is really delicious. The sausage is generous and the sorghum taste is delicious. In addition, the omelette has a nine-layer pagoda, which is very fragrant. The nine-layer pagoda is a plus!

Overall, although it is expensive, it tastes pretty good. I feel a bit unsatisfied after eating one. I will want to eat it again next time I come to Ningxia Night Market.

This omelette roll looks...so empty...

But it suits my taste! The sorghum flavor comes out, and I like it when I eat it with the nine-layered egg and pancake crust! (But it’s really expensive😅)
