It was originally called Cooking Star, but today I went to have a meal and found out that it was renamed Niou Family. It's actually the second store of King Sheng. Yes, it's the King Sheng who scolds customers. The location is in the corner alley next to King Sheng. Because it is in a small alley, there are often empty seats here when King Sheng is queuing up, so you can sit down directly.
After discovering this store, I couldn’t live without him. Personally, I think it is one of the best ramen restaurants in Taipei. The price is pretty good too, a bowl is less than $300.
My regular order is the black garlic oil chicken and white soup ramen (thick noodles!) The full black garlic oil and the thick soy sauce chicken white soup taste really delicious. It is paired with plum pork barbecued pork and full of shredded radish. Every bite is delicious. Enjoy 😋It would be even better if paired with draft beer!
