Korea has coffee shops everywhere, and today I want to introduce a very popular place in Korea called the "London Bagel Museum." This is one of the must-try foods for many celebrities and YouTubers when they visit Seoul. The London Bagel is famous for offering up to 20 different flavors of bagels, including savory, sweet, and spicy options, with more than 10 choices of spreads available…

✅ Spring onion pretzel bagel: This is one of the store's signature items and belongs to the savory category of bagels. The reason it includes "Pretzel" in its name is that this bagel incorporates elements of pretzels during its preparation, resulting in a salty flavor with a crispy outer layer. The filling includes savory cheese, scallions, and onions, allowing each bite to provide a rich cheese aroma, fresh味 from the scallions, and a refreshing taste from the onions. The bagel itself is very chewy and has a satisfying bite.

✅ Fig bagel: This bagel incorporates dried figs and nuts, and the outer layer is brushed with maple syrup. Taking a bite brings out the fragrance of figs, with the overall texture offering a sweet and savory complexity, although the flavor is relatively ordinary.

✅ Mushroom truffle soup: This is a must-try item highly recommended online. The texture of this soup is very thick, and each spoonful is filled with a rich truffle aroma. However, it is suggested to share this with others since the soup is quite filling.

✅ Cafe Latte: It has a very smooth taste, with a mild coffee bitterness but not astringent.

✅ Matcha Latte: The flavor is similar to the matcha latte from Starbucks in Taiwan, leaning towards sweetness but with a strong matcha aroma, making it very delicious.

From this experience, I felt that the bread texture of the London Bagel is really wonderful. Not only is the bagel not dry or hard, but it is also full of moisture, providing a chewy and bounce-like texture, making it the most enjoyable bagel I have ever had. While the flavor may not be as stunning as the texture, it is still very tasty. Overall, I would recommend everyone to give it a try!
