"Ebisu Sushi Bento," a local gem operating for 40 years, is located on Kaishan Road. It is a small two-person operation, with one person handling the food and the other handling the payments, and despite its modest size, the business has never stopped!

Actually, I’ve passed by several times but never went in. That day, I was out to buy some snacks from a different shop when a friend said this place was good, so I decided to try it out. As a result, I unexpectedly ended up eating there twice in just a few days. 🤣🤣

The menu at Ebisu Sushi Bento includes Inari sushi, tuna rolls, flower rolls, California rolls, and tamago sushi. Each item has a description of its ingredients, which are simple and easy to understand.

Inari Sushi 💰15
One piece for 15; the sushi rice is vinegared rice, and the sweet tofu skin delivers a classic flavor.

Flower Roll Sushi 💰25
You can choose from three flavors: seaweed, bonito flakes, and shrimp roe.
(Contains shiitake mushrooms, dried squid, fish floss, egg, cucumber, and shrimp)
The taste is reminiscent of familiar sushi combinations; it's delicious and simply pure!

When you buy sushi, it comes with a bowl of kelp soup, which is light and refreshing.

Thoughts: It's not flashy but has a wonderfully ordinary flavor. I recommend everyone to give it a try.
