This time, I went to 'MERCER bis', just a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station! Here, you can enjoy the fluffy "Fresh Caramel Chiffon Cake" that the patissier makes by hand every morning!

At 'MERCER bis', you can have a dream-like experience of exclusively enjoying a special whole cake. Their signature chiffon cake is perfect not only for birthdays and anniversaries but also as a treat for yourself, gifts, or for sharing with others. You can always savor the special feeling of eating a whole cake, which is hard to do alone otherwise.
Moreover, the chiffon batter is made only with rice flour and egg whites, giving it a light, moist, and stretchy texture with a soft mouthfeel, characteristic of a fluffy and chewy treat.
