This fried rice restaurant is relatively new, having opened not long ago. The environment inside is very tidy and comfortable, so dining there does not have the greasy or crowded feeling typical of traditional snack shops. You can also scan a QR code to order online. There are also agricultural products for sale in the store.
In terms of ingredient preparation, the kitchen is clearly visible, so I believe their ingredient hygiene is reliable. Moreover, the ingredients used for the fried rice are all fresh. Unlike some watery fried rice that has everything sticking together, theirs has a nice texture, so I highly recommend trying their fried rice. The portion is large, and the aroma is quite sufficient. The only small drawback is that perhaps they don’t have extensive experience with frying rice yet, as some rice grains are not fully separated and cooked through, which is why I give it 4.5 stars; there is still room for improvement.
In addition to fried rice, there are various soups available. I highly recommend the clam soup; it is very fresh and sweet, making it a perfect match for fried rice! Overall, if you're looking to eat fried rice, I highly recommend this restaurant. Although it's a bit far from the city center, I think it's worth it.
