Located on the outskirts of Kaohsiung Ruifeng Night Market, my family saw something they wanted to eat and decided to buy it. There were quite a few people, and after placing the order, you get a number to pick up your food. However, there were no specific announcements for calling numbers, so you might need to check with the staff after wandering around a bit before returning to collect your order. We ordered a few simple items:

▪️Bean curd $30
▪️Zucchini $40
▪️Black輪片 $25

The pork skewer was normal— not too tough but quite small. The bean curd was well-fried but a bit on the sweet side; my family said it tasted very much like the bean curd sushi skin 😂. I initially thought it was "sweet not spicy," but it turned out to taste a lot like fish cake (even though the ingredients are the same). Only after seeing the name did I realize it was black輪片, which is not often seen and is quite nice.

Among the four skewers, the standout was definitely the zucchini, which was super large and thick, and it was extremely juicy!! Very delicious~

Overall, the flavors leaned towards sweet, and I felt that the grilling aroma was somewhat lacking and not particularly memorable. I probably won’t be making a special return visit.
